Blighted Bone Ochre is the second of two new Filter Effects. Filters are highly translucent and best used through an airbrush or thinly applied with a brush. Dries Satin to Matte
- Thin binder – Hand Shake
- It can be applied with an Air-Brush or Brush
- Use neat or thin with mineral spirits
- Thinning changes finish. Dries matte to chalky
