All is Dust is a light dust effect that doubles as a desaturating filter. Pair with blow dryer with maximum effect. Dries matte to chalky.
- Thin binder – Hand Shake
- It can be applied with an Air-Brush or Brush
- Use neat or thin with mineral spirits
- Thinning changes finish. Dries matte to chalky
